1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CraftPattern, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Digital Products

All products sold on CraftPattern are digital files (PDF patterns). Upon purchase, you will receive a download link via email. Please ensure your email address is correct before completing your purchase.

3. License & Usage

When you purchase a pattern, you receive a personal use license. You may:

• Make items for personal use
• Make items to sell (small business use)
• Print the pattern for personal reference

You may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute the pattern files
• Share the pattern with others who haven't purchased it
• Claim the patterns as your own designs
• Use the patterns for mass production (over 100 items/year)

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once files have been downloaded. If you haven't downloaded the file and there's an issue, contact us within 7 days.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
